I. PRICE PER HEAD INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

II. ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Plus 10% Service Charge for reservation below 200 persons.
Plus 5% Service Charge of reservation of 300 persons and
above.
Plus P5.00 per head for reservation below 200 persons for
wedding.
Plus P10.00 per head for reservation of below 150 persons
for wedding.
Overtime fee of P 50.00 per hour per waiter after 4 hours of
service.
Ice Carving ranging from P2,500.00 up
Ribbons for the chairs will be charged as follows:
